Drat!  This is our last day in Panama.  Tomorrow we get picked up at 11 a.m. for our lift to the airport.

Here is a close-up of the Suicide Tree roots.

We decided to do the aerial tram again, to see what we could see. The puffy clouds came and went, and it was very, VERY breezy, esp. at the top of the canopy.

We did not see toucans going or coming down, but we did have an up-close and personal experience with a Coati.who thought we might have food.

At the bottom of the ride, there was a tree with a family of Howlers high above.  Rob’s camera did a pretty good job and here are a few example.

One with a baby is not great resolution -

And our favourite, though not crystal clear, is the chap below hanging over the branch with his balls hanging down. No, it isn’t low-hanging fruit.

The guide atop the 30 foot tower wanted a selfie with us, so here it is.

Back at the Resort, just along the walkway to our room, was a young sloth - right there not 1 foot from us on the other side of the gate to the street.

They are usually high in the trees, but as Miguel said, in his halting English, the sloth had probably come down from the trees “to use the washroom”.  I immediately thought of a little sloth port-a-potty.

It is true that sloths only come down to the ground once a week to poop.  They are very vulnerable to predators when on the ground.

This being our last night, we had a beer and margarita at Monkey Bar before coming back to our room to pack up.

Adios.
